患者右下智齒靠近下齒槽神經管直接拔除有可能造成區域性的麻痺

先以牙齒半切術 手術移除牙冠部

Disect and remove the coronal part of wisdom tooth

預先於前端大臼齒頰側以局部矯正器錨定  

With the anchorage in the front, pull the rear part of the wisdom tooth forward

經過兩個月矯正後 智齒根部已往前拉並離開下齒槽神經  

After 2 months until the root part of the wisdom tooth tauch the fron tooth

完全拔除智齒根部 避免直接拔牙傷及神經!
